You can use FastItems for keeping your items. This program can contain up to 32 categories of the items. Each item contains the following fields: item, description, date and mark.

FastItems makes a backup copy of the database to automatically restore your data after system failures. 

System requirements are very simple:
  • Windows 95/98/Me/NT 4.0/2000/XP/2003 Server/Vista (also x64)
  • Windows 2000/XP/2003 Server for U3 smart drive
  • At least 3,5 MB on your hard drive.
